how to code for the drop down list in ASP.Net And C# + inserting the values to SQL SERVER 2005

i dont know how to write the code for the DROP DOWN LIST BUTTON as well as i dont know how to place the code for RADIO LIST BUTTON...

and i need to insert the values of both radio list button and drop down list ... into sql server 2005
