datagrid using Ajax

hi,
i am new to ajax. i want to design a page with a datagrid, two textbox and a submit button. the datagrid is to be binded with a sql database with the same two fields that of the text box. if i enter any data in the text box and submit it it should be displayed dynamically in the grid. anybody can help me regarding this.
