"checkbox issus need answer"

i add a checkbox as a template column in gridview,and one delete button below the gridview, if i check the checkbox the the delete button will be visible and uncheck the checkbox the button will be hidden, and also i add confirmation msg in delete button click,

how to acheive button visible and hidden, and i have a issue like if i select more than one record the conformation box will shown again and again
