Want to Access files on ftp server

Hello..I want to Access Files on FTP server...my Application will remain in Web server...From client side i want to download files on ftp server..n then again I want to upload it in same fpt server..via my web application ..is it possible to any1..if yes pls help me..i want it urgently...hope 2here from u soon..
