Move items in between listbox

dear,
It tranfers all items to listbox1 to listbox2 .But In code behind I used to get value in listbox2.
for (int i = 0; i <= listbox2.items.count - 1; i++)
{
String str = lstbind.Items[i].Value;
}

It shows error pls provide option for this.
