Help needed for DataGrid display

Hi,
I have this scenario where I have data in my datagrid and have created data tables and views.
There is this one column called TotalLimit.
If the value in this column is negative for a data cell then for that column there is a corresponding column of MAX.
The colour of that data item only should be red and the remaining items the same color.

What should i do to change the color of that particular record whose value is negative in one column and needs to be displayed in RED in the column of MAX.
